Pilates for Buff Bones is a unique pilates based workout that uses bone strengthening techniques to improve balance and alignment. It works the butt, hips, arms, back and core.  This class is adaptable for all levels and is safe for those with osteoporosis.  You must be able to get down to the floor and back up again without assistance. Mats and small props will be provided.
